Otelim sahibi Ömer bey ilgili olsa da, maalesef otelin bir çok eksiği mevcut. Bunların giderilmesi gerekiyor. Kendi açımdan fazla bir beklentim yoktu, hizmet kalitesi ve fiziki koşullar anlamında beklentisi yüksek olanlar için düşük puan alabilir.
