Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a malheureusement été très décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai brièvement aperçu une personne à la réception pour le paiement, mais par la suite, il n’y avait quasiment jamais personne disponible. Pendant les cinq jours de mon séjour, aucun service de ménage n’a été effectué : la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée, et aucun réapprovisionnement n’a été fait, notamment pour le papier toilette. Le rouleau laissé à mon arrivée était presque vide, ce qui m’a obligé à en acheter moi-même. De plus, une forte odeur de cigarette, particulièrement désagréable, était présente dans tout l’établissement. Enfin, le quartier ne correspond pas du tout à mes attentes. Les avis précédents étaient justifiés : l’environnement est peu rassurant, avec une présence notable de prostitution et criminalité. Si j’avais été mieux informé, je n’aurais jamais réservé dans cet hôtel. Je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement.
