The breakfast is acceptable.
Booking.com has collected the hotel accomodation fee from my credit card before we check in to the hotel, but when we check in to the hotel, it's reception still collect the accomodation fee from us and did not issue receipt to us. We are making double payment and we do not know whether Booking.com will refund us the duplicate payment and when we can get the refund.
Central location but also crowded
Poor staff , not helping with the luggage , toilet water brocken , not so clean , poor breakfast, no parkings was available as they mentioned , no windows in the room , smelly toilet
