bad experience
I lost 2200 SAR from our bag the after room housekeeping cleaned the room I was charged 1000euros for something the hotel bad facilities (water not running properly in the shower drain which caused flooding even they cleaned the water after calling them many times and very late )which was not acceptable to me since the facility needs maintenance. And after that they surprised me that I had to pay this amount when I was leaving to the airport the facility needs a lot of maintenance

Communicatie was bar slecht. Niemand die je kan bereiken als je de receptie belt. Te weinig personeel voor zo grote hotel.
