Hyggelig jente i resepsjon, var imøtekommende og hyggelig
Skittent rom, søppel under sengen. Steinharde senger, skitt i skuffer og putevar revnet og fremsto ikke reine. Den hyggelige jenta i resepsjonen kontaktet manager da vi ville bytte rom (som også var skittent) og vi forsøkte å få refundert pengene.. Endte med at vi lot det gå og booket oss inn på nytt hotel
Ingenting
Kom kl.12 og fikk beskjed at innsjekking var kl.14. Det er ok, men måtte vente enda en time etter kl.14 fordi rommet ikke var klart. Når rommet ble klart var det hår i sengene, hår på doen, speil og vask var skitten. Aircondition funket ikke. Vi fikk beskjed om å sitte i restauranten til hotellet å vente til rom var klart og der var ikke strømmen på og ingen aircondition. Denne dagen var det 40 grader så det var kjempe ubehagelig.
La Srta de recepción. Estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros... Siempre resuelve todo.
