This was our second visit, and once again, we were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is fantastic, with easy access to Taksim Square, shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to El and the entire reception team for their outstanding assistance in helping us retrieve a lost phone. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were truly appreciated and made a big difference to our stay. Considering the excellent location, great service, and reasonable prices, Mint Residence is definitely worth recommending. We had a great experience and will certainly consider a return for a third stay.
We hope the hotel will consider providing breakfast and complimentary drinking water for guests, as these small additions would make the stay even more comfortable and enhance the overall guest experience.
The place is very clean and comfortable. El at reception helped me a lot. I appreciate this hotel very much.
