✓The location of the hotel is rather nice: not far from the seashore, the subway station is also nearby (around 8 minutes by foot). A lot of good local restaurants with delicious food, the choice is rather adequate. The registration desk works for long time, seems that after midnight you may find someone there. The hotelkeeper is very nice person who always asks you if everything is okay and offers you tea or coffee :) As for my room, it basically had everything I need. Big comfortable bed, small fridge, some power outlets, towel set of all sizes, toiletries, tea pot. Air conditioner was absolute highlight, thank God it worked properly, while sometimes it could be rather hot in the room. I'm rather underdemanding traveller, so I found the hotel and the room good enough for my needs. The small coffee shop nearby named Arya Art Coffee is a place you really have to visit - that's a good neighbourhood indeed!

!Wifi worked not really good. At least hotel have it, but the signal could have been better. Sometimes the room seemed to be rather small. I lived on the third floor and the staircase which led upwards was a bit narrow. Of course the hotel keeper will help you to take your suitcase upstairs if you need it (for me it wasn't a problem anyway), but for some people it could be difficult without an elevator.
