✓Meroddi Galata Mansion is a cozy, intimate hotel with a lovely café downstairs. Breakfasts are generous, the food is delicious, and every member of staff we met was warm and kind. What made our stay unforgettable was the way the team looked after us when we experienced a water outage in the city. Once we contacted management, Simmi from Guest Relations responded personally and took our situation to heart. We saw an incredible effort from everyone to help our family. They arranged showers at another hotel in the group and invited us to a wonderful dinner at a nearby sister property. We are especially grateful to the manager who welcomed us there. He had reserved two tables and gave us the choice of where to sit. He was exceptionally professional, spoke excellent English and was a true gentleman. His kindness meant so much to us. The day before our departure, thoughtful gifts with little treats were delivered to our doors, one for each room. The team also prepared breakfast boxes for our early flight. We felt cared for throughout our stay. We have stayed in bigger, more luxurious hotels with many more facilities, but none has touched us quite like Meroddi Galata Mansion. We were genuinely speechless at the warmth we received. This was one of our best experiences in Türkiye. Congratulations to the Meroddi family for the exceptional team you have built and for the care you showed in resolving our difficulties. Your employees are your greatest treasure. I would gladly return with my husband or with our whole family and recommend you wholeheartedly.
