Great location near the Galata Tower. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet despite being in a busy area. It was nice to have a hot water kettle in the room.
There were not enough hooks for hanging things. While the breakfast was good, the breakfast room in the basement was a little cramped. The water pressure was a little weak in the 3rd floor bathrooms. Istanbul experienced its heaviest rain and flooding in 85 years while we were there. I can't blame the hotel because water and power were impacted across the city but we did not have water in the room for most of a day.

Very good breakfast
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, from traditional Turkish breakfast to Irish continental. The fruits, yoghurts, and delicious scrambled eggs were great, and the staff were very helpful. We also got a very nice gift from guest relations on arrival; we greatly appreciated the nice touch. The room was beautifully decorated. Close to all places in the new part of Istanbul. You have to take the train to see the old part with mosques etc. It is a very expensive place to visit.
