We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, the Manager at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, Ali was calm, attentive, and incredibly polite. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out. What impressed us most was the way he handled everything with such grace and patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. Ali is a true credit to the Pullman team, and his exceptional service turned a good trip into a great one.
