The standout highlight of my stay at Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci was undoubtedly the incredible staff; everyone was warm, professional, and highly attentive, especially Erol and Hidir. The hotel is close to the Grand bazaar and the Sultanahmet. The breakfast buffet was decent and did include some options for vegetarians, which I appreciated.
However, the rooms are a bit on the cozy side.
