!The worst hotel I’ve stayed in, it’s a scam to call this hotel a 5 star Accor hotel given that it cannot uphold the basic standards of hospitality. I’ve stayed in 3 star Accor hotels and it was much better than this. I’ll start off of how I was welcomed into my room with sewage smell making it literally difficult to breathe. They switched my room in which I could I finally breathe in, I unpacked my Luggage only to find out the smell of sewage was there in the bathroom of the new room, I was hoping that the stay will get better, the smell will go away but I couldn’t be more wrong. The fridge was leaking water, I complained to the reception, no one came, the next night the Room’s AC stopped working I complained yet again and no one came, I had to sleep without the AC while paying the premium for the deluxe room. The next day I asked for an iron, 4 hours passed by and three requests from me yet nothing happened. I finally found the manager and told her about the stay and she was reassuring and she sorted out my requests when I got back to the hotel, I was finally relieved thinking it can only be better from here but NOPE. I requested for a towel since they took all my towels away for housekeeping without leaving any, the guy told me “give me 5 mins”, 1 hour passed by nothing happened, I called him again he said “give me 2 mins” 30 mins passed by and I really got frustrated this time and went to the reception to complain where I met with the response of “We’ve been busy these fews days”, like seriously? You can’t bring a towel in 1 hour 30 mins. When I got back to hotel my Towels were there finally but GUESS WHAT? They took the iron without even asking me. I am still in shock what I witnessed here, in no way or form this hotel should be 8.5 rated on booking.com. If anyone wants to experience the worst hotel look no further you’ve found your place!
