I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Istanbul Altunizade. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and genuine friendliness of the staff stood out. The room was spotless, maintained to high cleanliness standards throughout my stay. It was well-appointed with great amenities, including a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped desk area, and a modern, fresh bathroom. An added bonus was the lovely, open view from the room, which provided a great sense of space after a full business day . Overall, an excellent, relaxing hotel that delivers top-tier service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to Istanbul!
Многу пријатна атмосфера, чиста соба и богат доручек. Целиот персонал беше многу љубезен а посебно би го пофалил рецепционерот Berke. A very pleasant atmosphere, a clean room, and a hearty breakfast. The entire staff was very friendly, and I would especially like to commend the receptionist, Berke.
