Evet, artık Martı Resort hakkında daha detaylı bir yorum yapabilirim. Yemekler, odalar, temizlik, hizmet kalitesi ve otelin genel atmosferi gerçekten beklentimin üzerindeydi. Ancak beni en çok etkileyen şey bunlardan biri değil, otelin Genel Müdürü Uğur Bey oldu. Bugüne kadar konakladığım birçok otelde genel müdürü ne gördüm ne de misafirlerle bu kadar iç içe olduğunu hissettim. Uğur Bey ise gün boyunca misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen, selam veren, hâl hatır soran ve en küçük detayı bile takip eden bir yönetici. Bu samimiyet ve misafirperverlik, oteli sadece güzel bir tesis olmaktan çıkarıp kendinizi gerçekten değerli hissettiğiniz bir yere dönüştürüyor. Bence bir otelin gerçek kalitesi, onu yöneten insanların misafire verdiği değerde gizlidir. Bu konuda Uğur Bey farkını net şekilde hissettiriyor.
