I recently stayed at the Mardy Hotel with my family and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The customer service was excellent, especially from the reception team, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the great hospitality — we really enjoyed our stay
This was not an isolated incident. I have booked many stays at this hotel, and similar problems continue to happen. Because it is one of the closest hotels to the hospital, I kept giving it another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they haven’t. Unless the management seriously improves customer service, communication, and respect for reservations, I cannot recommend this hotel.
