المرافق مثل المرحاض عدم توافر جيم رياضي بالمكان عدم تجهيز الغرف بالكاتيل الكهربائي وايضا الشاي والقهوه والسكر عدم توافر مكواه ملابس عدم توافر واي فاي بالغرف لتقوية الشبكه اسعار المساج مرتفعه جدا جدا جدا كان الفطار غير متجدد وكان يفتقر للتنوع اليومي
