There was a staff shortage, it wasn't available all the time, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Stairs walking up.with luggage and there shoould me male staff to assist . Only females team members.
Location was fantastic (more laid back, upmarket and relaxed than Göreme). Room was very comfortable, bed and pillows great! Towels amazing! Water pressure was great too. Breakfast was BiG (enough to feed me for a week) and so pretty. Staff were outstanding and helpful. I arrived very early and couldn’t check in but they were still helpful and allowed me to get changed in a different room. Staff helped with airport shuttles, hot air balloon excursion. Walking tracks to love and pigeon valley are nearby. Easy to walk to and from Göreme too.
The ac was set to warm only - I couldn’t get it to cool so woke up at night over heating. Also a bit conscious how high CO2 levels get in the room when there’s no windows (could just be my overthinking).
This was a magnificent property. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated like a boutique. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding. Loved our entire stay. Highly recommend this special place
