Very bad
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff treated us very rudely and unprofessionally. When we simply asked for a receipt for our payment, they unexpectedly cancelled our reservation and asked us to leave the hotel. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests. We have never experienced such poor customer service before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
