The hotel's location is fantastic. The view from the elevated pool is especially stunning. It offers magnificent views of the sea and surrounding area. It has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Unfortunately, we encountered a number of problems: 1. Tobacco smoke in the room! We don't smoke and have a severe allergy to tobacco smoke! Problem: The ventilation system was bringing a strong smell of tobacco smoke into the room. At first, the hotel manager, instead of fixing the problem, blamed me for smoking, but after the hotel engineer inspected the space above the ceiling, it turned out the smell was coming from the ventilation system. The hotel did NOT fix the problem, but only partially covered the ventilation with a bag! The smell of tobacco smoke was constant! They couldn't change my room. 2. The air conditioning system wasn't working. The ENTIRE air conditioning system in the room would periodically shut off. Only calling a repairman solved the problem (3 times for a week). 3. The hinges on the bathroom door were broken. The repairman arrived without any experience using tools. I had to fix it myself. 4. The "Guest Service" staff badly speak English - they periodically hung up on us, unable to answer the simplest request for example "bring water to the room."
