Luff Living - Adult Only 12 Plus

✓The property itself is very nice and in a good location. We used it as an airport hotel.

!It’s very noisy there’s not much sound proofing but the main issues is the room doors they all don’t close unless you slam them. Seems to be more young people that are out partying late and when they come back from midnight to 5am you get woke up by people slamming by doors to close them. Not the peoples fault the doors have to be closed that way.

✓Chambre calme

!Equipements en mauvais état Pas de personnel au petit déjeuner, pas de réassort Pas d'ascenseur

!Extremely disappointing – left after just one night I booked this hotel for my parents for five nights, based on the photos and description on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The rooms were filthy, noisy and nothing like the modern, clean accommodation advertised. The bed sheets were dirty, and when my dad asked for clean ones, they were not provided. The bathroom facilities were also unacceptable. There was no proper private bathroom, the toilet was separated by see-through glass, and the sink was located inside the bedroom. The lack of a lift was not clearly disclosed, and my parents had to climb a narrow spiral staircase to the third floor. My mother has a hip problem, making this extremely difficult and painful. They also had an unpleasant experience at breakfast and witnessed activity that made them uncomfortable, giving them the impression that the hotel rooms were being used for purposes other than normal accommodation. The conditions were so poor that my parents had to leave after just one night and find alternative accommodation. Despite requesting a refund for the four unused nights, the hotel refused and claimed it was Booking.com's responsibility. The hotel also disputed that my parents had left after one night. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly for guests in their 60s. The accommodation did not match its online advertising, and had the actual conditions been accurately represented, I would never have booked it. We would not stay here again and would advise others to carefully consider these issues before booking.
