There was no water, the kettle lid was missing, no coffee or tea. Toilet was constantly refilling. Room very small so suitcase couldn’t be opened other than in front of bathroom door.breakfast was set . I had allergies and they brought cheese on my plate with severe allergy!! Forgot my coffee too. I left without staying the next day and lost my money as they wouldn’t honour a refund
Not helpful. Lots of small steps to climb down to get to reception.i had a very heavy large case and they just watched me.
