The location, views and spacious room
The room was ready two hours late. The Jacuzzi did not work, firstly the plug, one of the two buttons for air and water massage did not work, moldy smelly water squirted all over me. After emptying and cleaning it I tried to fill it up- it takes nearly 2 hours to fill up with shower head, the plug does not function properly and after and over an hour of filling the plug came loose and all the water drained out. There was a bar by the swimming pool, with no drinks and no staff. Mould in the shower, badly stained inside of toilet, paint peeling off the ceiling and smelt like the kitchen evacuation process was passing into our room.
The staff location and rooms were all perfect
Super Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
