Sehr schöner Familienurlaub – 9 von 10 Punkten Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub im Lonicera und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Größe des Komplexes und dass das Hotel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Ali. Wir finden es toll, dass das Hotel Menschen mit Handicap beschäftigt. Ali war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat unsere Anliegen und Probleme immer schnell gelöst. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war top. Zum Geburtstag unseres Sohnes wurde unser Zimmer liebevoll dekoriert – eine wirklich schöne Überraschung. Außerdem konnten wir als Familie gemeinsam à la carte Fisch essen gehen. Das Essen war super, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und auch der Shuttle-Service mit den Golfwagen war in Ordnung. Schade fanden wir nur, dass wir nicht direkt darüber informiert wurden, dass man die verschiedenen Hotels und Bereiche des Komplexes frei nutzen kann. Bei den Bademeistern gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben, ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden. Insgesamt 9 von 10 Punkten – wir kommen gerne wieder!
