✓Потрясающий отель, уровень ничуть ни ниже чем Rixos или Lara Barut. Еда на высочайшем уровне но самое главное - это территория. Огромная, зеленая в низине гор. Это наверное наше лучшее пребывание, хотя мы были во многих отелях. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить администратора на рецепции, господина Berk. Он помогал нам со всеми вопросами. ✓I would like to share some positive feedback about my stay, along with a small suggestion that could make the guest experience even better. First of all, I have stayed in many five-star hotels across Türkiye, Spain, and the UAE, and I genuinely appreciate the high standards I have experienced here. 1. Exceptional cleanliness and hygiene Cleanliness is truly exceptional. I am very particular about hygiene, especially when it comes to plates, cutlery, and dining areas. I carefully inspect plates and forks, and throughout my stay, I couldn’t find a single dirty plate or even a spot. This is genuinely impressive and deserves recognition. I was also very pleased to learn that food samples are collected daily for testing and analysis. This demonstrates a serious commitment to food safety and preventing foodborne illnesses. It is a reassuring practice that reflects a responsible approach to guest health and well-being. Another thoughtful detail I appreciated was the availability of antiseptic wipes throughout the hotel. These small touches make a real difference and show that management pays attention to hygiene and guest comfort. 2. Outstanding hospitality and generosity I particularly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a family room as soon as the team learned that this was my first visit. It was a wonderful gesture that made me feel genuinely welcome. I also appreciated receiving two additional restaurant vouchers despite booking through Booking.com. This was another pleasant surprise and showed that the hotel values its guests regardless of the booking channel. These gestures may seem small from the hotel’s perspective, but they leave a lasting impression on guests. 3. A relaxing atmosphere without unnecessary pressure What I particularly love about this hotel is its atmosphere. There is no aggressive promotion or constant pressure to buy something or participate in activities. Instead, guests can simply relax and enjoy their holiday.

!I would like to suggest fitting soft rubber or felt pads to the legs of chairs, tables, and other furniture to minimise noise when staff move them during cleaning. This would help prevent guests staying in rooms above or below from being disturbed while they are relaxing or sleeping. It would be a small improvement that could make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
