Great location and very helpful and accomodating staff, took care of all special needs like separate bed, helping us book a fair price taxi to SAW airport (better than Uber after all hidden charges were revealed) Nice breakfast choices
The soundproofing is not 100%, can be a bit loud Corners are not super clean even though a cleaning person comes every day Even though there is an option of sustainable not washing towels, they were replaced everyday Facilities were very nice but not wow for a Deluxe room and price, including light towels, not hotel style
