Camera de familie oferită nu corespunde deloc cu descrierea de pe booking, mărime cca 20 mp, fără balcon, cu un geam minuscul, aer închis, nici vorbă de vedere la grădină, mare sau oriunde. La recepție, nu se vorbeste engleză. Am refuzat camera, am fost nevoiți să ne cazăm în altă parte, nu ne_au restituit banii.

Первое и самое главное, я не получила номер который бронировала, на просьбы поменять на категорию которую купила, глупо улыбались и врали на ресепшн. Кровать не кинг сайз, 2 кровати соединили в одну, плохие матрасы и ужасно испорченные подушки. Оплаченный номер не получила.
Everything was excellent! The hotel’s location was perfect, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
