Not a lot..
Old building, no sound proofing, person in room 302, above 202, mine, arrived at 10:15pm, started moving furniture, scraping across the floor, settled that then started speaking on the phone at 11 till 1150, after that the TV was on until 1:40 am, then started again at half past 2 am, or was talking to some one that they were sharing with. The traffic outside was very noisy, eventually quietened down about 3 am you then got prayers over the loudspeaker at 5;40 am, approx 2 towers within 100 yes. Although the windows were closed they were completely in effective again the noise, you could removed the windows and you wouldn't even notice the difference. And breakfast was put down to you, no choice what you got, everyone got the same.. Not a place I would recommend or ever return to if I ever found myself in Tekirdag again. do yourself a favour, stear clear of this hotel..
