The toilet was broken, and despite several complaints, nothing was done to fix it. We didn’t even receive an apology. The staff were cold and unfriendly. The breakfast is a complete rip-off. The air conditioning is far too powerful and blows directly onto the bed, making it impossible to leave it on during the night. The shower floor was extremely slippery and posed a real safety hazard. The swimming pool was not clean, and the water looked questionable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, unless you can get it for a very low price.

Очень классный и по-семейному дружелюбный персонал. Все чистенько, все улыбаются и вообще в гостинице царит уютом и заботой. Ресторан при гостиницы очень вкусный, персонал работает быстро и очень внимательно к каждому гостью.
