- Cleanliness: Mixed mentions: several guests praised rooms as very clean, but there are explicit complaints about worn, scratchy bedding and a bathroom drain smell that lowered the net cleanliness sentiment.
- Service: Consistently positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming (staff make you feel like family; assistance with bookings and tours).
- Location: Strong positive: many notes of an excellent, central location within walking distance of restaurants/shops and great balloon-viewing from terraces.
- Room Quality: Mixed-to-negative: while rooms are described as spacious and attractive with jacuzzi options, multiple concrete issues were raised — very firm mattress/hard bed, worn bedding, mattress protector/duvet sizing problems, poor soundproofing and a bathroom drain smell — producing an overall negative assessment.
- Amenities: Mixed: positive rooftop, jacuzzi and terrace breakfast amenities are praised, but lack of soundproofing and nearby construction affecting views reduced the amenities score.
- Value for Money: Positive: several reviews explicitly call the hotel good value for money and note the homemade breakfast and overall offering as reasonable for the price.
- Food and Beverage: Generally positive: breakfast repeatedly described as tasty, excellent or a broad selection; homemade items praised though some fresh produce was described as merely acceptable.
- Overall Experience: Overall positive stay reports: many guests called the stay wonderful, fantastic or highly recommended, highlighting family-run hospitality and great rooftop/balloon views despite some room-related issues.
Watch out for: Very firm / hard mattress · Poor soundproofing / noisy · Worn, scratchy bedding and small mattress protector/duvet · Bathroom drain smell reported · Construction nearby affecting some views
