The convenient location close to the tram stop and the lovely view from the balcony where breakfast is served.
The first room had faulty air conditioning, and on the second night, loud banging and drilling started outside our replacement room at 1 AM while my children and I were sleeping. The furniture is worn out, the showerhead won't stay in place, and the bathroom in the second room had no ventilation and a constant unpleasant smell. Both rooms had windows facing a neighbouring wall, with stickers covering the glass to disguise the view, leaving virtually no natural light. The handling of my complaint was disappointing, and police assistance had still not arrived by 3 AM. Overall, the room conditions and service fell far below expectations.
