Location.
We booked a room with a terrace and a sea view. Instead, the room we got had no terrace; it had a single window facing a dirty light well and a wall where slugs were crawling. There were also cockroaches in the room. The host was not at all helpful and offered no solutions. Due to our late arrival, we spent one night there, then checked out the next morning and moved to a different place.
