Well it is cheaper then other hotels in Izmir
The hotel is located in a dangerous neighborhood, and even our taxi driver strongly advised us not to go outside in the evening. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was even more disappointing. The room was not clean, with stains and hair throughout the bedroom, and there was a strong cigarette smell both inside the room and in the hallway. The room also could not be properly locked, which was a major security concern. The air conditioning did not work in one of the two rooms we were given, and the bathroom was honestly one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen.
