!My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was terrible, there was mold, unpleasant smells throughout the hotel, and rainwater entered my room. Even snails came inside. I will attach photos as evidence. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. During breakfast, a woman shouted at me because I arrived just ten minutes before breakfast ended, even though I only wanted a cup of coffee. Her words and attitude were rude, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I am Palestinian, from the 1948 Palestinian Arab community (Arab citizens of Israel), and I hold an Israeli passport. The staff seem to lack understanding of the painful reality we live in. We came here to take a break and escape our painful reality for a while, not to face more disrespect and hostility. I will never stay here again. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and addresses the poor hygiene, mold, bad smells, room conditions, and disrespectful treatment of guests.

✓​Great hotel for a first trip to Istanbul ​A good, convenient hotel that served as an ideal base for the start of our journey. It was our first time visiting Istanbul, so having breakfast included was an important factor for us — and it turned out to be a great choice. ​Pros: ​Convenient location: Only a 7-minute walk to the Haliç metro station, making it very easy to explore the city. ​Breakfast: A tasty and varied buffet. While the selection remains mostly the same each day, there are plenty of options to choose from. ​Terrace & views: Fantastic rooftop terrace overlooking the Golden Horn. The sunrises and sunsets from here are breathtaking and perfect for photos. During the day, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy complimentary tea and coffee.

!​Compact room size: The room is quite small and felt noticeably cramped, especially with luggage. ​Thin walls: Poor soundproofing; sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms travel quite easily. ​Unstable Wi-Fi: The internet connection was inconsistent and tended to drop occasionally. ​Elevator: The elevator broke down once during our stay (not an issue for us as we usually took the stairs, but worth noting for guests with heavy luggage).
