During my staying at hotel what I most liked was the workers , Karen & Adnam & the manager they was so friendly and always ready for help !!!
Awesome lobby and pretty nice pool area! The location is great too, everything is a stroll away ha.
A few points really skewed the experience in a not so pleasant way. 1. The quality of the hotel room itself was far from ideal 2. Cleanliness was lacking, again primarily in the hotel room itself 3. Dead cockroach on the room floor that was never cleaned 4. Asked for a spare towel since the room wasn’t serviced the following day and was told I’d have to wait till the next morning, not exactly what you want to hear when you’ve run out of towels!
They dont clean the room cleaning is very bad
