!We stayed at La Benata Beach Hotel from 11 July to 18 July on an All Inclusive package and paid €1,453.56 for two people. Unfortunately, our stay was far below the standard we expected. The food was extremely repetitive, with almost no variation throughout the week. Some dishes were undercooked, and after eating at the hotel we repeatedly suffered from stomach pain. We have photographs showing undercooked food. The hygiene was poor. The room was not properly cleaned, the curtains were dirty, and the jacuzzi was in poor condition. We also had to wait three days before shower gel was provided. There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and toilet throughout our stay. We reported this problem to the reception and asked to be moved to another room. However, despite being aware of the issue, the hotel refused to change our room and did nothing to solve the problem. In addition, the soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear our neighbours talking as if they were inside our room, making it impossible to rest. We booked this hotel through Booking.com expecting the advertised quality, but the accommodation, hygiene, food and service did not meet those expectations. We therefore request a fair partial refund for our stay.
