Not a lot of it. Breakfast was good and with discreet choice.
Want to be as impartial as possible. We had several issues while staying at the Kriti Hotel. This is our "terrible" list: 1) The hotel has no lifts and we had to bring alone (without the help of anyone and with a 3 years old child) all of our baggages up to the third floor. 2) They assigned a room that was not compatibile with our booking choice (we booked a deluxe triple room and they gave us the keys of a standard room). When we went to inform the reception of the fact, they told us that they would communicate with the boss to try and resolve the issue. After 40 minutes without feedback, we came back and were able to have our room changed only because of the fact that one us could speak Turkish. The reception guy in question was very reluctant to solve the problem and had quite an attitude while debating over the matter. 3) Eventually, we received the keys of the correct room. Transported (alone) the baggages from one room to the other one. Found out that the new room had no electricity. At this time, the reception guy had to make his walk to come and see the issue. Fortunately, the matter was resolved quickly. 4) Room had a lot of flaws. Scratches on the ground and signs on the wall. Also, not clean. Just to be short and concise. But still, the breakfast was nice and the structure near to the city center.
