Special thanks to Fatima, the Guest Relations Supervisor, Dilara, the manager, and Nazira at the reception. They were all very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Their care, professionalism, and warm attitude made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
