✓The location is good, but very busy and noisy. just beside main road, 15 min walk to Coastal promenade, 2 mins walk to Basmane stations, and 5 mins walk to Culturpark. many restaurants nearby. The cleaning lady on first 3 days, she was friendly, loves her jobs take responsibility that we feel comfort during our stay. only the 1-star for her. Breakfast is okay for 1-2 days. Same breakfast everyday

!The Worst Hotel Experience — Vacation Ruined! Never Again! Poor facilities, sleepless nights, unpleasant smells, and appalling customer service. Absolutely not recommended! We stayed for six nights as a couple. After 12 years of using Booking.com, this was my worst hotel experience. This hotel completely ruined our vacation. Upon arrival, we were offered a larger room at the same price. Unfortunately, it faced a busy road with virtually no sound insulation. The traffic noise was so loud that we could not sleep. After complaining, we were moved to our originally booked room at the back. the later room was tiny, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. It was far too small for two people with luggage, with barely any space to move around and no proper table or chair. The problems continued: * AC: It did not cool the room. We had to choose between unbearable heat with the window closed and traffic noise with it open. * Wardrobe: The unpleasant smell transferred to our clothes. * Bathroom: A constant sewage smell made the room unpleasant. * Facilities: Everything felt outdated and in need of renovation. The customer service was equally disappointing. On one occasion, the receptionist did not respond to our greeting or even look at us. When I raised our concerns, I was told I was behaving unethically because I was staying at the hotel and eating and drinking there. Instead of addressing the problems, my complaints were dismissed, and I was blamed for raising them. The management's attitude is particularly frustrating. Its responses to negative reviews appear defensive rather than focused on solving problems. Guests deserve accountability and respectful treatment, not excuses. Read the hotel's responses to low-rated reviews and judge for yourself whether genuine concerns are addressed. We expected basic comfort, not luxury. Even that was too much to ask. Terrible value for money. I would never return and cannot recommend this hotel.

!Room was not nice - old and dirty with smell in the bathroom. At night there is a noise from the street. 1 night I could stand it.
