La sosirea la proprietatea rezervată, ni s-a comunicat că hotelul nu mai are camere disponibile și că trebuie să fim cazați la un alt hotel. Nu am fost informați în prealabil despre această situație și nu am solicitat și nu am acceptat schimbarea proprietății. Am fost trimiși la o altă locație, unde condițiile găsite au fost absolut inacceptabile pentru cazare. Locația respectivă era într-o stare foarte proastă, cu condiții de igienă și siguranță care ne-au făcut să refuzăm cazarea și să plecăm imediat. Printre problemele constatate se numărau: - mizerie și lipsă evidentă de igienă în întreaga locație; - lenjerie de pat murdară; - pereți foarte murdari; - duș murdar și neigienic; - toaletă și baie murdare; - prize și instalații electrice care prezentau un posibil pericol de electrocutare; - condiții generale improprii și nesigure pentru a locui. De asemenea, locația alternativă ne-a creat probleme serioase și din punct de vedere al accesului și parcării. Am fost conduși pe străduțe înguste și necorespunzătoare, iar parcarea oferită nu ni s-a părut sigură pentru autoturismul nostru. Nu considerăm că această locație poate fi considerată o alternativă echivalentă sau rezonabilă la hotelul pe care l-am rezervat.
