Staff were very friendly and Selvinaz hanim was kind and helpful. Massage at the spa was really nice.
The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable.
The location is a bit far, and the room feels outdated. I believe the resort should consider renovating the rooms. The AC was also a bit warm. I would expect a 5-star resort to provide an iron in the room instead of requiring guests to send their clothes to the laundry for an additional charge. Also, there are no taxis readily available at the resort. You either need to request an Uber or ask Guest Relations to arrange a taxi, which can take at least 20 minutes.
