!Not good service, not good even welcome, dirty and old rooms with beautiful views (only good), not good entertainment, photographers are insisting too much and are very rude. Cigarette ash everywhere and staff give zero service. Too expensive for the service and facilities you receive.

✓5 star elements but 3.5-4star execution. Jr Suite rooms were lovely. Food was excellent both quality and number of restaurants. Staff at pool, kids club, gym, restaurants were excellent.

!Guest service staff were not accommodating. We have stayed at 5star all inclusive in Bodrum before and this was really underwhelming compared to other the resort. Few things to consider…… We had no functioning aircon in our “suite” the first night. No compensation at all. Facilities such as tennis court/squash court was not in good condition and racquets really need an upgrade. For all inclusive resort to charge for small things like paddle racquets, a game of snooker seems petty considering cost of resort. Taking a booking for 3 nights but only allowing a booking at al la carte restaurants should be disclosed prior to booking. Not having a simple thing like an iron available and wanting to charge to iron a single shirt or pants is less 5 start and very much 2 star. Actually unheard off. The location is beautiful but it is ALWAYS windy so you can’t really enjoy the beach as much as other resorts closer to bodrum.
