Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda size yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Müşteri memnuniyeti en üst düzeyde. Odalar temiz ve genişti. Doğal Mardin mimarisini her şeyi ile yansıtıyor. Merkeze çok yakın yürüyüşle 5 dk bile sürmüyor. Kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünler güzeldi sadece tek eksik kahvaltıda daha çok yöresel ürünlerin olması gerekli.
Odalar çok temizdi. Oteli çok beğendim. Hizmet çok iyiydi. Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle Yusuf Beye çok teşekkür ederim.
