Great location.
Staff not attentive or very helpful. Seemed like they had better things to do and English wasn’t great. Asked for vegetarian no meat no fish sandwiches to go on the last day as we left before breakfast and they put meat in it so we had to throw 5 sandwiches away. Chairs were wet on one table at breakfast everyday, even after telling them they didn’t move them or put a sign. The hot water tap had black bits coming out and again after telling them they didn’t do anything. Not much option for vegetarians. Bedroom doors slam very loud, had disturbed sleep everyday due to people opposite slamming them all night
The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul’s Old Town and its main attractions on foot. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied, with different options every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast not what i've expected, very disappointed ! the Air con didn't work, the mattress and the pillows need to be changed.
