This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, the first time back in 2019. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the historic centre of Bursa. At the same time, it's also convenient for travel to the bus station by tram. Breakfast was good.
It is a great place in a perfect location and the staff are very helpful. We had a few issues with timings a lost things but they helped a lot
The room is too small which needed to be clearer.
