- Location: Positive: convenient location for guests with a car (free/easy parking) and only a short drive to downtown—described as convenient in multiple reviews.
- Room Quality: Positive: rooms described as large with big balconies, modern, luxurious bed and linens, big bathroom sinks/counter space and excellent shower pressure; overall strong room quality.
- Amenities: Mixed-to-negative: Netflix/large TVs noted positively, but amenities issues include missing/absent pool from photos, sauna and steam rooms unavailable, no washer, and missing small kitchen supplies—net negative.
- Value for Money: Slightly positive: one guest explicitly called it great value and other comments about comfort and cleanliness support decent value despite some amenity shortfalls.
- Food and Beverage: Slightly negative: no on-site F&B noted and guests would have appreciated simple provisions (coffee grounds, water) being provided.
- Overall Experience: Overall mixed-positive: guests praised the modern, clean, comfortable apartment and convenience, but issues (stain, amenity availability, language/barrier with staff) tempered the experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet street on the outskirts of the city center of Fethiye. The staff was nice and helpful. The room has a kettle and tea/coffee amenities enough for your entire stay. You also have kitchenware and cookware to use during your stay and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
There is no door between the bathroom/shower and the bedroom, so if you're travelling with someone you're not very intimate with, be aware of that. There is no table and chairs at the kitchen/dining room, only in the bedroom. No dish soap is provided, either for the sink or for the dishwasher. The street where the hotel is is not fully illuminated at night.
酒店位置非常方便，开车去阿明塔斯岩石坟墓和情人坡十几分钟，房间设施很新，服务人员也很热情，很满意。
