The staff was very helpful. The hotel location is within walking distance from the bus station as well as the castle. The staff went out of their way to find some affordable travel accommodations to Ani since the usual bus does not operate during the COVID pandemic. Overall, it was a nice 2 night stay.
Very good hotel with a very good breakfast in the center of the citywith a very comfortable room with a nice view
some staff were friendly and my stay was ok - free parking is only when you manage to find a spot on the street.overall the hotel was a bit tired but to be expected as its cheap - its in a good location for the main high street
Otel personeli sorunlar karşısında gayet ilgili davrandı. Otelin konumu çok iyi, şehir merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde.
