✓заселили в 10 утра, как только приехали в отель, завтраки очень понравились, очень гостеприимные работники, к детям особое отношение, хозяин отеля Ур очень доброжелательный, спасибо Мехметджану за оперативность работы, обязательно вернемся еще раз в следующем году

!This was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The photos and description do not match reality at all. From poor service and lack of maintenance to terrible hygiene, this hotel was a complete disappointment. During our 5-day stay, our room was cleaned only once. We didn’t receive clean towels until the third day, despite asking multiple times. The staff refused to give us fresh towels any earlier, so we ended up buying our own. To make things worse, the smoke detector in our room beeped every single minute. It was incredibly annoying and made it difficult to relax or sleep. The bathroom light flickered constantly, making it feel like you were showering in a nightclub. Power outages were also a regular occurrence throughout the hotel. The electricity kept cutting out, which only added to the frustration and made our stay even more uncomfortable. The bathroom itself was far from hygienic. The cheap plastic toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, so you constantly ended up touching the dirty underside of the toilet lid while using it. There was mold on the showerhead, as well as in several other areas of the bathroom. And even the hand soap had been diluted so much with water that it barely qualified as soap anymore. It felt like this hotel cuts costs on absolutely everything, even basic hygiene. The worst part, however, was how we were treated when booking an activity through the hotel. We booked an excursion for another day but decided just a few hours later that we wanted to cancel it. The owner claimed he had already transferred the money to the activity provider, so a refund was impossible. However, in the very next sentence, he told us we could choose a different activity free of charge, which completely contradicted his own story. After a long argument, we were only given 50% of our money back. The owner kept the other half without any valid explanation. We genuinely felt misled and scammed.

✓كل شيء كان ممتاز ، اقمنا لمدة 3 ليالي انا واصدقائي اخذنا غرفتين وانبسطنا جداً كان تعامل صاحب المكان اوغور رائع ، وايضاً الموظفين محمد وامير من اروع ما يكونون انصح الجميع بهذا الفندق واعطيه تقييم 5 نجرم والفطور كان لذيذ وبوفيه مفتوح والمسبح نظيف وممتاز
