De ligging.
Kamers niet echt schoon ,badkamer oud niets scharniert goed en alles lijkt niet schoon alles is verkalkt ,. ramen sluiten niet.kamers stinken naar rook terwijl wij niet roken hebben geboekt. Heel gehorig,lampen stuk die niet branden. Het personeel kent echt geen woord Engels en snappen niet alles.
