✓I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a huge part of what made my experience so special was the hotel manager, Maher. His hospitality, kindness, and beautiful smile every day made me feel so welcome and comfortable. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and he even makes the best coffee! ☕️ The suite was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax. Maher’s warm personality and outstanding service made this stay truly memorable. Hospitality like his makes all the difference, and he is definitely one of the reasons I would love to come back again.

✓Spacious, I liked the terrace and bathrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the apartment was good, near to the bus stop and the city centre.

!Not all of the light bulbs were working. Ventilation in the bathroom was not sufficient.

✓The location was convenient, close to the bus station and the old town, and within reasonable walking distance of the beach. The staff were responsive and tried to resolve some of the problems.

!I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets and towels were stained, there was mould in the bathroom, and the windows were so dirty that we could barely see through them. We viewed several rooms, but they were all in a similar condition. It was also extremely noisy. The hotel is next to a petrol station and at the corner of two streets, so we could hear passing cars throughout the night. When we checked in, some light bulbs were missing, and electrical sockets were loose and coming out of the walls. We were not provided with proper duvets, only throws that felt unpleasant to the touch and had no covers. We also experienced problems with the electricity during our stay.
