We were able to check in earlier than 2pm. Complimentary juice and water. Breakfast included.
Fridge in room 309 doesn't meet the standard of the rest of the room. It had been roughly fixed up in the past and the freezer needed defrosting. No hooks in the bathroom for towels. No luggage rack or stand. Kitchenette had a kettle, a single hot plate and a few paper cups however no utensils, cutlery or crockery. Plastic shower head spurted/leaked in the wrong places. Wifi didn't work in our room (309) and when reception was advised they just confirmed it was poor. This room was also VERY noisy from the main road below On the second day we complained about the noise and lack of wifi and were immediately moved to room 303 which was much better. The person on reception when we arrived was quite indifferent. The night shift lady reacted quickly to our room concern and organised the room change. Messages prior to arrival were not handled promptly.

The hotel is stylish and exceptionally well-maintained. Rooms are spacious, featuring an excellent bathroom and a small kitchenette. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!”
