My children and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was excellent, very clean, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating whenever we asked for anything extra. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything was super
Minden elérhető távolságra, éttermek az utcában, a környéken rengeteg vásárlási lehetőség, a nagy bazár kb. 10 perc, Eminömü komp állomás 7 perc séta. A személyzet segítőkész, beszélnek angolul, mindig van valaki akit kérdezni lehet ha információra van szükség. Mi az ISTANBUL CARD miatt kértünk infót, ki is jött az állomásra és megmutatta, hogy kell feltölteni.
A szoba lehetne nagyobb, igaz mi egy 20kg bőrönddel érkeztünk és 3x20 kg-al jöttünk el 7 nap után, így már kicsit szűkös volt az utolsó napon. A reggeli lehetne változatosabb, többféle felvágottal, amúgy finom és friss volt minden. Sok a settenkedő éhes macska a reggelinél és elég szemtelenek néha, erre figyelni kell ha valaki tart a kóbor állatoktól.
goede locatie overal goed te bereiken. personeel aardig en de ontbijt was okay. de shops zijn dichtbij en alle atrakties zijn ook dichtbij met een kleine loopafstand.
beter en sneller oplossingen maken voor problemen. bij ons viel de kast twee keer op ons en toen we dat aangaven zeiden ze dat ze het gingen oplossen maar hebben ze dat niet gedaan bij de tijd dat we weggingen. De kameres en douche zagen er ook anders uit dan in de foto, bed was anders en douche had geen glasverdeleling met de wc waardoor alles nat werd wanneer je doucht. Ook geven ze geen zeep of shampoo terwijl dat wel de verwachting is. ook was er geen waterkoker alhoewel in de advertensie stond dat die er was. de uitzicht was maar op de straat voor mijn hoogte (level 4) misschien hogere levels konden wel de zee zien. Ook negeerde de huishouden de do not disturb or enter sign die we gebruikten en gingen ze iedere dag gewoon naar binnen om schoon te maken. de kluis dat altijd aangeboden is was dicht en konden we niet eens open krijgen om er wat in te doen. als laatst de lift, zo klein past maar 1 a 2 personen in.
